Data Care Across Wallet and Lobby

Here is how we handle the policy area day to day. We separate wallet records from game-session records, limit staff access by task, and log each data change request.

Account collection

During account opening, we ask for a username, contact path, password and wallet choice. Those fields let us create your profile, send security alerts and match DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS activity to your account.

Payment records

For DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS, we store transaction reference, amount, time stamp and result code. We use those records to reconcile wallet status, answer disputes and meet record duties that depend on local law.

Cookie controls

Cookies remember language, session status and security checks so you do not repeat every account step. You can clear them in your browser; after that, we may ask for login or device checks again.

Login security

When a new phone, tablet or browser signs in, we record device type, IP region and time. If it looks unusual, we may pause sensitive changes until you confirm the account step.

Record retention

We keep account and wallet logs only for business needs, legal duties and unresolved cases. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it or separate it from your direct account details.

Request handling

Privacy requests are handled by trained account staff, not public chat rooms. We confirm identity, record the request time and tell you the next action through chat, ticket panel or Help Center.

Only staff assigned to account, wallet or privacy work can see support messages relevant to your case. We log internal access and do not publish chat content in the lobby or public pages.

Open the privacy request form and choose Data Removal. We check whether the record is still needed for wallet reconciliation, security or legal duties. If eligible, we remove or de-link it.
